Default Shrimp bisque and blackened sheephead

Went a few days ago and got my share of sheephead at Pickens. Stopped by lillian bridge Saturday and bought some shrimp, blackened it on the grill. Saved the heads and shells for tonights bisque, and blackened a few sheephead filets.
