Default shepherd pie from leftovers

had leftovers from a couple meals and didn't want to throw em out. had a roast with taters, carrots and onions and some more leftovers of chopped beef and roasted chicken. cut all the meat up into small chunks, did the same with the taters and carrots, then added some spices and sweet peas. put in a pie crust and covered with mashed potatoes. baked at 400 for 35 min and sprinkled grated cheese over the top and put back in on broil till cheese melted.
came out pretty good.

I use to love it too. Just haven't had anybody to cook it in a long time.

Good hearty looking meal SM. Never had this pie with a crust, don't know why not...I'll have to try it now!

Shepherd's pie... Why do I think of of some voluptuous Swiss hottie half naked on a summer mountain side?
Just a dirty ol'man I guess.

As for the food... Looks good to me, I'm gonna have to make some with venison.
