Default Reheat a Steak...

I had a GREAT Cowboy Ribeye a couple days ago. I left 6 ounces or so on the bone.

I wanted the best way to reheat a steak. I've tried different ways. I think I found the best.

THIS was danged good!

It takes a little while, but Enjoy!

For those too lazy to copy the link, it's a reverse sear to reheat.

Warm in oven at 250' till internal temp of 110', then re-sear in a smoking hot skillet.

Resear for 30 seconds each side.

Thanks!

If it was just me, for 6 oz of ribeye, I'd bone it, give it 45-60 sec in the microwave, then to the toaster oven. Toast me a hamburger bun and slice some tomato while I was at it. ::slobber::
