Not as fancy as some dishes I've seen as of late, but, tasty nonetheless. 13 hours on the egg......

I did one as well last night. Pulled it off after I got back from Trout fishing this morning. It shredded like buttah! Enjoy it.

that looks good. we did a rump of a 40 lb+- at the camp this week end. kept it on for 18 hrs. made some pretty good tacos!
