Default More burgers

With all these dang beer can burgers lately I felt the need to make a few as well. Wrapped up in Wright's bacon of course. Coated with Weber Gourmet Burger Seasoning then filled with onion, green, red, and yellow peppers and a hat of some more Wright's bacon then smoked with some Mesquite chips in the little tank. Think I'll have to do that again soon!

Jason every bite was just full of flavor! It has taken some time now but I think that I have finally got the feel for this little grill and got it dialed in. Chase must of known what he had with it but like yourself and others prefer the set it and forget it egg mentality. I must admit that at times I prefer that too but there is just something about tending the grill that I enjoy. I suppose it's because I'm usually cooking for one and I can pick at it as I go along without anyone being upset
Either way I'm having fun with it. I'm thinking chicken tonight!
Kickin Chickin that is!!!

Glad to see you enjoying that grill. It has a bit of a learning curb but it's a damn fine grill. Burgers look great, hard to eat a regular burger after having those.

Time to put some seafood on there, and I know it'll be bitchin cause the chicken and these burgers look great.
