Default Memorial Day Cook

First of all I want to offer my Prayers for all Gold Star families, no matter the conflict that their loved ones fell. May God Bless them all.

I did a rib cook on the Akorn yesterday and everyone here seemed pleased. I did two racks of St Louis style spares. I did one in Neely's Rub and sauced with sweet Baby Ray's for my wife and one dry rubbed for my son in law and me. I did country styles for my daughter and grandkids and short ribs for anyone that wanted some.
