Loved my Akorn. It lasted about 5 years before it rusted out. I just ordered a Kamado Vision Pro from home depot. I'm hoping this one lasts longer than I do.

Acorn now makes two ceramic kamodo styles but after a lot of research I went with the vision b series from sams a few months ago and kick myself for not doing it years ago. I've wasted more money on charcoal in the last 4 years than the grill cost. I highly recommend the propane starter from amazon it was about 25 but works awesome.

Ps looks like a damn fine burger, wish I woulda thought about a fried egg on our Memorial Day burgers

I have had my Akorn for five years now. Still cooks like new and I use it three or four time a week. That said, I have had it on my roofed porch for the whole time except for a few road trips. There is rust on the side tables and the pan base but other than that ,no problems. If it dies anytime soon, I will buy another.
