Default Mahi tacos with grilled fruit salsa

Any fish will do but mahi is what I had. Blacken or grill with your favorite seasoning. Halve some peaches, slice some mango and pineapple and grill. Once finished, dice the fruit along with a jalapeno and a clove of garlic. Top the tacos with the salsa, slaw, and some Sriracha mayo.

Yeah I know. This recipe is when I was stationed in North Carolina. I just caught some mahi last weekend so I'll post some pics the next time I make it.
