Default Kabob torture

Okay I bought this little grill from Chase and Jason was so gracious to even bring it to me late at night because of my work schedule. Since then the weather has been bad and I've been itching to get this thing going. With every grill there is a learning curve and I am going to get this one together before too long. So last I started off by cutting up some boneless skinless chicken breasts in cubes. Lightly covering them in McCormick's garlic and herbs seasoning, kicken chicken, and Wishbone buffalo ranch dressing to marinade. Was going to spark up the grill for the 1st time and then came the storm. Plan B time. Had then oh so fragrant smelling chicken sitting ever so patiently in the fridge for 24hrs while it rained and I had to work. Last night when I got off work I just couldn't stand it anymore. With a slight rain I decided to go ahead and get the little grill going. So not wanting to go overboard with the charcoal I started out slow. Well again there is that learning curve with any new cooking device. Here's a few pictures of my buffalo chicken kabobs on the little tank. It's taken all night but I'say they're getting close. Dang I'm hungry after smelling these cooking foa few hours!!!

Here's round 2 going right now. Forget to mention that I was trying to get the Apple wood going in the smoker box just below the tasty chicken. I'm thinking my neighbors that are rolling out for work right now are drooling. I know what I'll be having for brunch and dinner at work tonight

There's gonna be some serious chicken cooked in the little tank sir. Don't think this one will be so easy for someone to try the snatch and grab. Especially not when full of hot coals! Just finished the best chicken kabobs I've had in years.
Thanks guys

Yeah I've always wanted to weld some handles on the side but never got around to it. It will definitely last a long long time.
