Default Kabob 2

This is what happens when you've got a day off coming and can't sleep. Going to eventually figure out cooking on the little tank. So anyhow this is how breakfast starts. Pancakes and waffles no. Eggs, not so much. Is there bacon or sausage oh yes! Will have to post final pics later but dang it's beginning to smell good!

5:15am and I hear the sirens around Milton. I hope folks are okay out there. Obviously not the neighbors calling 911 so I'm good. Finally after a while the Apple wood in the smoke box started up. Hot dog, won't be long now! Added some Cajun smoke sausage to the skewers that wasn't pictured earlier.Gonna be good I think.

Sirens were going off for the 3 alarm fire! Holy smoke that is something else. The flavor and heat was spectacular! Took a good while to heat up that little grill but once it ffinally came up to temp it really produced. Stew meat, chicken, bacon and Cajun sausage wins!

Also got to say I love lump charcoal but Kingsford Apple wood briquettes are for real. They burn a very long time and once going are the best I've seen in some time. Worth the money for sure
