Default Great cook book

I’m not much on cook books, as I’ve been cooking a long time and like to make meals how I like them. However, I was just given a great cook book by Myron Mixon titled Everyday Barbecue. I really like his simplistic approach to rubs, marinades, and even slaw. It’s a very good book with lots of interesting recipes based solely off of grilling and smoking.
