Default Good Day For A Smoke!

Found these ribs in the freezer yesterday. Why not! They got prepped and mustard rubbed last night. Black powder seasoning and some BBQ rub and left in fridge to rest over night. Set out at 6 this morning, prepped smoker at 9 and on the racks at 9:30. Applewood chips 180-200 hoping by 5 or 6 to have a good little snack!

Everyday is a good day for a smoke! I'm curious how they turned out after being frozen.

You know, I dont even know when they were put in there. I usually buy fresh racks to cook. They didn't take the flavor inside like my fresh ones usually do. But I have never had a jucier rib? I mopped them with sweet baby Rays about 1:30. And wrapped em in foil, cut the heat down and they rested till 5 or so. Really not that bad at all. I ate a few with some loaded potato salad and left over yeast rolls and butter... purdy dang good if I say so my self
