took some trout and redfish i caught in Venice, La. last week and made fish cakes. took a generic recipe and doctored it up some. bell pepper, onion(white and green), celery, garlic and assorted seasonings. blended with eggs,partially cooked fish and a handful of coarse bread crumbs. made patties and dredged in more bread crumbs. baked at 375 for 40 min., then turned the broiler on for 3 min to brown some more. pretty proud of em, they're great.

Yepper....love fish/crab cakes!!! Those look fine (just can't stand bell pepper).
