Default Feather and fur kabobs

Chicken breast , onion, green bells, yellow squash and deer loin wrapped in Wright bacon - all on a stick! Bout to put em on the egg!

Every time I'm at the cabin and think "man I wish I had a egg up here" I furrow my brow and use your name in vain!
The kabobs were great but I slightly overlooked the venison trying to get the chicken to temp.
If I had not had a thermopen thermometer I probably would have overcooked it all. I am a much better chef since getting the thermopen.

Sounds like I need a thermopen, especially for that new minimax....you know until I get use to cooking with it . Lol
