Default Country style ribs

I was feeling silly the other night so I made these for supper on the OK Joe.

love ribs, but it's hard to get good beef ribs around here. those look pretty good!

These are pork, by the way. But I got the beef chuck ribs at the new Publix in Pace. Had to request them, at no additional charge. They are more per pound than the back ribs but you get so much more meat.
