Default Baking/Broiling Bream

I have 4 bream too large to fry whole so though I might try baking or broiling. they are about 3/4 to 1 lb. There is not a lot of info on the net so I figured just use a made up recipe from past experie
However, if anyone has had experience in this area I'm open to suggestions for a good cook.

I saw the guy reply to your other post and was going to come here and do what you just did. Hahaha!

I have the same problem catching panfish and as much as I love'em fried I have been looking for and trying other ways.

I have grilled them on those aluminum foil grill grate covers and that has worked well for me.

Monday we laid the fillets on a buttered cookie sheet, brushed with more butter and broiled with lemon and Cajun seasoning. Worked good too.

I am hoping for some good recipes in this thread!
