I have one of these. Mine doesn't have the window, but its the same thing.

They are awesome! They keep temp better than a wood smoker, and has all the same flavoring of it. It is pretty much a set it, and forget it thing.

since you guys are talking about smokers thought would be the right guys a smoking question goin to smoke a turkey in my b g e a butterball do i brine or not brine any receipes and help appreciated

I personally would brine. Turkey is not real fatty.. Never done one in the smoker,, Chickens I brine in a fruit juice.. comes out delish!!

I smoked a Turkey Breast the other day.

Yes You Brine it. I highly suggest this book. I use the same brine recipe for brining mullet before smoking.

thanks for the info i have done small turkey breasts but this is my first full bird at 12 lbs doing it for easter sunday no cobia fishing for me darn!
