Default 2003 Optimax 225, Fully rebuilt

This motor has went through an entire and complete rebuild. The power head and tilt/trim unit were rebuilt. The lower unit was serviced, but not rebuilt.

Power head was sent to the machine shop and bored and honed. New pistons, rings, bearings, gaskets, etc...All professionally rebuilt. New thermostats. New starter.

The air compressor was rebuilt as well. The fuel rails were removed and cleaned. The entire fuel system was removed, inspected, and cleaned. Tracker valve, fuel/air regulators were removed, inspected, and cleaned.

The tilt and trim unit was removed, cleaned, and rebuilt with all new seals.

New water pump and lower gear oil.

This will be a good running motor for somebody. Can run motor on the stand. Will give a 30 day warranty to ensure motor runs and there are no issues. Can deliver and install. I do have the intake as well, just had it off for pictures.
