Default Water/weather proof battery box

Hey guys I have a battery box that works great for kayaks. I got it at academy for $39.99. It's a waterproof battery box that comes with a battery, box, and charger. Just wanted to share this.

Nice! Thanks for posting - does it have any connectors / wire runs through the box?

Yes it has a circuit board that is connected to an external cord that I spliced to connect to my fish finder. The battery is connected inside with +/- connectors that come from the circuit board. There is a charging port next to the external cable that has a rubber plug to seal it when not in use. The box closes with two latches on the outside and has a carying handle on the lid.

It comes with av12V battery. So for $39.99 you'll get the box a 4 foot cord attached, charger, and battery. For us in a kayak it's the best way to go. The box will take up to a 12v battery. I'll try to post more pics later. My ipad only gets one at a time for some reason.

Same one I'm using. Works great and lasts several trips between charges for me.
