Default Trolled Destin all morning

Didn't catch squat. I tried live cigs, live elys, lures, different rods, freeline drifting, from 20 ft depths to 60 ft. and not even a strike. BUT!, I did get to see a Flying Manta Ray with about a 7 ft wing span jump 3 times in succession and splash down hard right beside me. That was worth the price of admission. Pyramids Friday.

I had a few runs when I was trolling but no hookups either last Sunday. The pyramids should produce for you. I look forward to seeing a report. Good luck.

Navarre is much better if trolling for yak Kings. But, Navarre Beach has no wrecks, (I keep saying this so someone will disagree with me and PM me a coordinate of a major structure to prove me wrong. LOL) so Destin is the place to go for bottom fishing.

good luck on the pyramids... I tried them off ft pickens and could barely see them on fish finder and it is way out there for a paddle yak IMHO. People in boats were driving around in circles trying to find the reefs. Kinda funny. I was one of them... I was in a boat not a yak.

Trust me fishing has been slow off the beach lately but it should pick up soon
