I love mine...wish I had three. Lifetime warranty...all other rods feel like crap to me now. I have the 7'3" Med hvy...I had the 7' med. I like the med hvy better.

try your best not to high stick it and you wont have any problems and will love it. avoiding high sticking in a yak is kinda hard though.

Get one! They are light as a feather and well worth the money.

other than the high sticking chance of breaking which generally is for any rod...the problem with not being durable and breaking isnt a problem...also does e21 lifetime warranty just if you send it back or is it like shimano with basspro where they have the over the counter bring it in and get a new one deal

I would get the original series. I've seen two salty's break on just some basic fish. I have the 7'3 Med Hvy and a Gold 6'9 MH. Excellent rods: well worth the money.

is the gold series better than original though i.e does the higher price equal the quality

I think the gold's are about the same as the original. The one thing I like about them is the cork grip. It's much more comfortable than the originals. There is also a weight insert option you can do at the end of the rod butt. I dont use it.

If you want to see some, I know Hot spots in GB has some

I was in Hot Spots the other day and they have every Carott Stick you could think of..I have a Termar from there and love it..Both have lifetime warrantys..The Carrot Stick is a lot lighter than the Termar..If you are going to be casting lures all day you should prob get the orange one..

You're supposed to be able to bring it in and a pick out a new one on the spot. I know you can at Hot Spots.
