Default New toy

Have a new toy headed to me. Fiancee gave the green light on a small item after we cleared the bills for the month. I actually had a Fin Nor purchase lined up with another member but couldn't afford the extra cash it was gonna take. Figured I would give a low cost GoPro look alike a try. Read some great reviews and the videos I saw of it looked great. Excited to be able to finally film my trips!

I took a chance on this one, and so far I am not disappointed

I cant speak to comparisons as I haven't ever used the one you are listing, but for what I need it to do, it meets the requirements, I haven't used it a lot so I cant speak for longevity or battery life, but as for picture quality and ease of use, I think it was well worth the money.

I looked at that one as well.

I would love to have a gopro, just cant afford $400 for the newest model. Like you said, hope this one fits the bill. Also, if it goes for a swim and doesn't comeback I am not out too much lol. I should have it in today. Gonna play with it Friday chasing convicts, pending weather.

I'm with you, honestly even if I could afford it, I would still give the cheaper ones a chance. If they do what you need them to do, why pay for a more expensive one. I dont knock anyone that does spend that much for them, its just not necessary for me.
