Default Malibu handles

PFF,

I got an x-factor and stealth malibus (bought from a few guys on here). Need some replacement handles and some instruction on how to do it. Any suggestions? Pretty sure all malibu handles are the same. Thanks for any and all help!

Any 'ol handles will work. I replaced the ones on my X Factor with some I bought from Academy. Just remove the existing screws, bolts, or rivets and replace them with what is provided with the new handles.

Here is an idea. Make solid handles from teak. The Native Slayer has solid handles and it gives you lots more control than floppy handles. I am about to change the handles on my Mariner to solid teak handles. I have some teak you can have if you want to try it.

Gents, thx for the feedback. I'm still new to the Kayak world, and the teak thing perked my interest. Good to know tho if I don't go that route options are still out there! Jason, I'd be interested to see some pics of the teak handles - installed when you get it done. I've PCSd to Okinawa, Japan so if I took you up on your offer I'd pay to have it mailed over USPS if you would be willing. Thx again PFF, and knew I could get some ideas from y'all!
