You can plastic weld with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Hobie-Welder-.../dp/B004CGCY34

West Marine has an epoxy that adheres to poly kayaks that I have used before to repair a crack: https://www.westmarine.com/buy/west-...r-kit--9223157

I called ocean kayaks and they sent me a repair kit for free. Oops like weed eater line. Used a heat gun to soften the hull and then the line. Not pretty but it’s repaired. Looks much the same as my metal welds... give the manufacturer a call; probably free.

I will give them a call and see if they can send me the same color. I will also look into the plastic welder and a heat gun. I think I can heat it enough to pull the crack together and then put a nice bead to weld it together. I picked this kayak up as a project. I got to replace all the straps on the hatches as they're all dry rotted. Thanks for the advice guys.
