Default Field & Stream Shadow Caster

Considering picking up a field and stream shadow caster as a starter kayak. Any have experience with these and would it be good for inshore and occasionally taking out into the bay?

I have a big thumbs up for this boat. I am almost 70, bought over a year ago. Looking for something for an older, bigger guy. Love it and can think of nothing better. Its heavy and at my age takes 2 or wheels, but so does the lighter yak's. Heavy = stable and that's good for me.
Young guys/gals can stand on head in it but me i sit but would feel OK maybe one day trying to stand.
If your buying a Yak to impress then there are others with more pedigree but if you are looking for a good stable platform then this is a good choice.
