that's not good, I'd take it back to where you got it from and ask them about it.

Yesterday while hunting I noticed this. I shot it just the day before and the bow has had no traumatic events in between. I went back to the camp and shot it, it performed as usual. However, I still think its not right. It looks as if the cable should be on that guide. Today, my lovely bride decided to take it to the shop for me as I'm working for 24 hours and I'd like to hunt my next two days off. They tell her everything is fine, lower the poundage, and send her on her way against her will. They basically didn't give her the time of day and didn't let her explain what I explained to them. So tomorrow I'll do it all over again and not be very happy if its truly an issue.
BTW there was no flipping reason to lower the poundage!

What bow is that and what shop are we talking about?

It's a pearson penetrator (I haven't bought a new one because I love this one), the shop I'd rather leave out until I personally talk to them.

Are you sure all the cam is on there?? Is that screw holes in the cam? Are you missing the part of the cam that adjust draw length??
That is not right though.. cant be...

Cam looks either backwards or wrong hand or cable not routed correctly. from picture you can see pin to the inside where cable eye should connect and follow that cam track counter clockwise, not clickwise. Looks like just routed wrong, but hard to tell without full picture of cam.

Isn't Pearson local. I'd call them or send pic. Heard they were good to deal with Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner

I don't know if it matters but the picture did post upside down. There are no other missing parts, and the bow is shooting good. It did seem as if I lost some velocity I had to drop my 30 and 40 yard pins because of shooting low. I just wanted to make sure it looked wrong to the majority. I'll be bringing it to different bow shop tomorrow. I hate this other staff was so rude and unwilling to help my wife as she was doing this just to help me out so that I can hunt my next two days off. It really pisses me off because this bad experience could set the tone for her future involvement in one of my passions. I didn't ask her to do this I planned on handleing it tomorrow. However, to surprise me she did it on her own. There will probably be no more of that in the future. If it is in fact wrong I will personally visit that shop to inform them that my business and any other business I can sway has been lost. I will also treat my wife (either way) to a special date night. (Or maybe I should worry that she's trying to keep me in the woods) j/k
