New spot on my place, first time using a climber this year.
A green field is about 75 yards away and I'm down in the woods.
Probably should have hunted here before.

As long as you can see the green field and woods. You will see some deer tonight. Hopefully kill one.

I had a good season, seen a lot of deer. Passed on a big 5, two separate 6 points and a basket rack that I believe was an 8. Oh yeah, a buck missing one side
Going to make some changes next year, maybe one feeder and back to 8 points on the big property.

Plant some protein for summer plots. A few mineral sites. Or feed with protein pellets.

I may just do nothing all year and just go hunting when the season opens.

That option is probably the most fun. Working the dirt is always a good time but then waiting on mother nature can be a pain.

Liar, liar, pants on fire! I asked if you hunted or were planning on it.
I may not get out in the morning as planned. Kiddos want to do something else! Might still take them out into the woods to do something though!

Friday will probably be my last day in the woods. Next Sunday is the official last day for deer!
