Lots of bases have quota bow hunts. Bluegrass Army depot, Fort Knox Knox ext. Bluegrass has a 15 inch minimum rack and if you shoot something smaller they will throw the book at you.

Buddy of mine said he use to go to Ft Campbell Ky, says it was worth the little bit of headache, you have to physically go to the security on site and have a background check done. You donít have to be military to go there, civilians can go as well, you can look it all up online and get details. Good luck

Name: KY GIANT DEER.jpg
Views: 213
Size: 54.1 KBHigginson Henry WMA in NW Ky. Sloughs WMA and Pennyrile WMA They are all great places and have big deer, stay away from Sloughs WMA during bow season, Skeeters will eat you alive. Stay away from the eastern part of the state, anything east of Lexington, it is very rugged terrain and low deer populations, and they had Blue Tongue disease there last year, which reduced the population even more. Been hunting Ky off and on for 25 years. License price went from 190.00 2 years ago to 260.00 now. Hope this helps ! and Good Luck ! This Deer came from Sloughs WMA 2 years ago
