Wellllll, you heard his side but this is what I saw when I arrived at the crime scene.

*A pvc pipe feeder with a white top in the exact location where our defendant said the first buck was standing. Mr. Spoony said he shot at it when walking in. Keep in mind, low light, buck fever. We have already heard testimony earlier our defendant has been having trouble sleeping. Could it be a feeder was mistaken for a "bigger one"? You be the judge. I wonder if said feeder, under closer scrutiny may have a bullet hole in it? Hum, maybe 270 cal?

*When I arrived expecting to see a massive buck, all I saw was a bloody deer with tire tracks. Clearly the poor beast had encounter a vehicle in some horrific way. In addition, no such gun shot wound was visible in our victim like our defendant would have you to believe. However, there were drag marks and a large amount of blood by the victim and tire tracts leading back to a Toyota. Pure carnage I tell you.

*I suspect if we brought in the forensic team we would find the victims DNA in the undercarriage of the defendants Toyota.

*In closing, people of the forum, ask yourself these simple questions.

1- was there ever really another, much bigger deer? Or, was the defendant's ramblings just that of a sleep deprived, man suffering from buck fever?

2 - Did he really shoot the second deer as he said, or did he see the innocent creature standing there and turn his vehicle striking the deer? Did he then try and cover up the crime by then shooting the corpse?

Clearly the man is out of his head, it's already well into January and he has hunted hard and not killed a rack buck. Having to see countless bucks on the forum others have killed, only to be denied himself time and time again.

YOU BE THE JUDGE!

"Members of the jury, there can be only one verdict....Guilty..Guilty...Guilty".....to quote Kevin Spacey as the prosecuting attorney in A Time To Kill.

Order. Order in the court. I plead the 5th due to self incrimination.

You can't plead THE fifth...you have to plead A fifth...makes the judge and jury a little happier when they listen to you testimony.... Black label will be fine!

It's not how you kill them that matters - it's how you cook them!
Congrats Jeff
