Unless its a really big bin probably not about composting.

I'm guessing something loud like a wood chipper. I have a friend that runs a landscaping business and he use to do a lot of wood splitting and chipping out on his property. This was on a 2 acre lot so he had plenty of room but he got a warning to stop from the sheriff because of the noise it made during the week. Probably was called out by a neighbor that did not want to listen to all that noise near their home.

They are state law enforcement. They can handle all law violations. It cracks me up when I see someone blow the doors off an fwc officer.

I wondered the same thing about the trash.
And the smell........well, I'm gonna leave it alone.
That day will come in two years from now

Mr Goley is a very fair and honest man. He is one of the few officers that doesnt look for every little thing he can find to write u a ticket.

I would think that a lot of what appear to be minor infractions would have been over looked or given a warning.
Until those encountered go off the deep end mouthing off and cussing, telling the LEO what a great job they think he/she is doing.
