Do you have a string decelerator? I had this issue, my decelerator fell out and I didn't notice until I shot. Anything loose?

Why does it matter how much noise it makes? You're not gonna shoot anything with it anyways!

String decelerater is still there and nothing loose. If cams weren't synced would it still shoot good groups? It still shoots well just makes a clank sound.

Check your cam /module screws first. Many bows are draw length adjustable by using modules. They are normally affixed to the cam with 2 or 3 screws.
Following this, look for any screws on the bow, particularly the string tamer where it is secured to the bow.
IF this doesn't solve the problem, then remove the bow sight and shoot it again.
Following the procedures above will most often identify your problem.

( before I forget,,,,,,, if you have changed or added something to your bow recently, look there very closely)
