I tried to shoot em outta the hot tub but the ole lady didn't take to kindly to holes in the screened enclosure!

Why not shoot from your house? If you have the land for it to be safe and your legal, I would. You can call it a oversize shooting house.

I got the same, but with squirrels. Now I just take the screen out when she's not there, there the first say how good it is thow.

I try hard to stay on the right side of the law and encourage others to do the same. Can you quote a statute regarding why shooting deer out of a window is not legal in Florida?
