Default anyone else heading to Smiths fish camp in the AM?

Never been out of there on opening day, hopefully it's not too choked. The .444 is ready and I just hope my stand is still on the tree I locked it to! Yeehaw, happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Debating on hunting Escambia next season... How are the boat rides in in the AM and do most put in on hwy 90? I noticed most/all of the strictly still hunt land is north of quientette. Dogs get bad in there or is it pretty easy going in regards to dogs and such?

No idea how the boat rides are but I'm sure it'll be dark and cold haha. It's 6 miles to where I have my stand from the ramp.

Just a thought but if you are running 6 miles couldn't you put in at Beck's lake or something and be closer?
