If your reaction to deer is anything like mine is to cats, then I know why you are trying to kill them all. I hate a cat and swell up at the thought of one.

I am a little allergic to the hair. Cats really bother me though and they all should die.

Seriously though, I started using rubber gloves to clean them and that has helped a lot. I use a glove called thicksters. They are awesome. Another bonus to using them is when it's cold outside, your hands don't get near as cold because they stay dry and when you're done you don't have to scrub blood or dig blood and skin out from under your nails. Also, I'm going to start soaking the deer down before I skin them. Mainly to help keep hair off the meat. That will also keep the hair/dander from getting on your clothes and eyes.

You might want to consider that a "clue". Try it with gloves and see how that stops it.

Consider what a clue? I know I have some kinda allergic reaction to them was just wondering if anyone else had the same issues. I use gloves sometimes tho but still doesn't help with the itchy eyes.

That you are allergic and should try gloves but it sounds like you've already tried that. If your going to keep skinning deer maybe keep a benadryl hand to pop as soon as you drop one.
