Default Steel Tanks

I have two steel tanks in my garage filled with pure oxygen. My question is can these be used for diving if the valve is change on it. They both are labeled OX80, so I'm assuming they are 80cf. There are other markings on them also and from what I can tell one was orig hydro 05/04 and the other 12/08. I also have another bottle that is marked ox20 so im guessing it is 20cf. The dimensions of the large bottles are 31" long by 7" wide. Another marking is DOT-3AA2015, which from what I read the 2015 is the working pressure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are not going to be able to change the valves without using a bushing. And that is not recommended and no one will fill the tanks for you. Best thing is just go buy scuba tanks made for diving.

You might be able to sell the tanks you have.
