Default Need Suggestions On How To Clean New Mask To Keep From Fogging

What do you use to clean a new mask with to keep them from fogging ?

I know all new masks come with a residue on the glass that needs to be cleaned off to keep them from fogging up, but the last couple of new masks I've bought

(Atomic and Mares Micro) keep fogging up even after I have cleaned them2-3 times with Marine Sports' MaskLens and SlateCleanerwhich is made just for that.

I also use Sea Drops onmy mask just before diving as I've always done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Good Divin' and Spearin'

Tooth paste on the inside and lots of elbow grease. I have also used a lighter and CAREFULLY gently burned (Heated) the inside glass and also used acetone to remove the silicone from manufacture. It is a pain in the ass at first but it does go away with time. All the new masks I have used seem to have it on the inside. Hope this helps..

<ul>[*]Like SeaLark said toothpaste and plenty of elbow grease, then warm soapy water and rinse well. Then get a good no-fog drops and good to go.[/list]

As Sealark said just keep cleaning with a plain toothpaste and use a good anti fog on a dry mask before each dive and soon it should not be to much of an issue. Good Luck!!!!!!!
