Default saturday 3/5 dive report

Derik and I dove this past weekend, with intentions of bringing home some triggerfish and lobster. April bubble watched. We originally set course to the Timber Holes, but the chilly temps changed our minds to dive something closer in. Our first spot was the Paradise Hole, no current, lake water (about 5 foot of vis) for the first 40 feet, then it opened up to about 30' of vis, and on bottom silt and 5' of vis. We did find one limestone column, but did not spear anything. Plenty of red snapper onsite at Paradise. Next we hit a couple coops closer in, same bad vis on top but it opened up to about 40-50' on bottom. Each dive the trigger were easy to come by. Water temp on bottom was 68F+, I did not feel cold in the water, but after diving I was a little chilly. Beer can for size reference. We pole fished on surface interval, only one small trigger to show for that effort.

Did you run into the tax man on Paradise? Last time I dove it there were 3 monster bull sharks that were not happy with us being there.

we did not see any sharks. However, the vis was really bad at paradise so they may have been around
