Default Lionfish spear tip question

I hope to start shooting lionfish soon. I have the pole spears but need tips for lionfish. I see videos of divers using different spear tips. Which one is best. The three pronged with barbs? without barbs? Thanks.

To each their own, I prefer three prong with barbs. The three prong paralyzed works well too, but not as well for big ones
