Default Hargreaves day 2 - out in the Gulf

The crew was Mike and David Saturday ... and the Gulf was perfect for a quick run out.

We trolled the bar and go steady action from hard tail and few good spanish and juvie kings ...

We ran out to some rocks 20 miles out and the current was pretty fast - we got a lot of 10-15 lb snapper to through back ... but Mike got a nice king on a hard tail ...

We got a little close in and found some mingos, and David went to work with the chicken rig. Every now and then David got a trigger, white, and black snapper...

In mean time David got sore arms from AJs and Sow snapper ... even a 5-6 ft bull shark

All in all another 10 species day

King and spanish Mac, bonita and northern Bo, red, white, black, mingo and lane snapper, trigger, and AJ

Sorry that we beat your son's white snapper ... I saw in the open the winner was over 4 lb!

Good luck next year !
