Default Capt Dugas? Oil Slick Question?

Capt Dugas, is the oil slick affecting your area now or do you think it will in the nextfew weeks? We're scheduled to come over from Pensacola and fish for a couple of days with youtowards the end of May. I'm beginning to worry that the oil slick will carry up your way. Please let me know what you thnk.

Yes it is. There is no oil in our immediate fishing grounds but the majoritry of our area was closed by the La State Wildlife and Fish. The only area open to fish where we can go is Lake Borgne. Taking it a day at a time.

I am really disappointed we didn't get to come over and go fishing with you. Maybe they'll get this thing capped off pretty soon and we can all get back to fishing.
