Default Yellow river 4/13

We tried Yellow early Saturday morning looking for a few bass, the bites were few but good quality. We caught them on lizards, worms, and topwater. Biggest bass of the day was a 6.3 pounder my uncle got in the boat. We had several more 2+ pound fish landed and a few more goods ones that we lost. I lost 2 over 3 lbs that I just could not do nothing with in the heavy cover and current. This is my uncles PB river bass, fishing is starting to get good, all fished photographed and released.

Been a while since I've seen you report. Good grade of bass.

Ever try that bubblegum worm whacky-style?

Oh yeah, We have good luck wacky style also. It just can be a little more difficult fishing it in heavy cover.
