Solid bite Sunday
Left 330 am and arrive at elbow at daylight. No bites. Headed to spur arrive shortly before 1pm, monster bite on the short corner. 500+lb blue dumped 80w to braid before we could get gear in. Put a little more drag on her and she hung for a few more seconds. Line pops, she took the blue breakfast and left the scene.
Fought hard for another bite until two with the day fading. Caught a decent skipjack and high speeded in.
The bite on the short corner was worth the trip.

Sorry you didn't get to land that Blue but I bet the adrenaline rush alone almost made up for it.Thanks for the report.
