Default Petronis 10/3 - 10/4

Took my newly purchased boat to the Petronis for the first time. As everyone know the seas could not have been better. Got out there around 9:00 pm and caught a few blackfin until around midnight. Decided to pull away and take a couple hour nap. When we came back the blackfin where biting much better.

Started trolling just before sunrise. We got 3 quick bites as the sun was comming up, 3 small yellowfin. The yellowfin were busting for about a minute and then disapeared. Trolled for about another hour with now luck.

Decided to troll to the 252's, we caught 2 skipjack tuna on the way and then got a huge bite on the long rigger. Turned out to be a 60 lb wahoo, great way to top off the trip.

Ended up with 13 blackfin, 2 skipjack, and the wahoo.

Most fun I have ever had on my own boat, can't wait to do it again. Hopefully will have some pictures tonight.
