Depends on how "blue" you want it. There is blended blue water east and north of the nipple toward the Ozark, but the good water that was right around the nipple last weekend has moved east. There is a real good line of bluish water on the east side of the dumping grounds and real good blue water at the spur and just south of the spur. The elbow is supposed to be fairly clean too. South of the spur along the 500 fathom curve is some real good blue water too. There is a bad stretch of really green water on top of the nipple, stretching southeast toward the eastern "unexploded ordinance" area - not the one south of the elbow - the other one.

If I were headed out of pcola, it would depend on how far I wanted to go out. You could either go 10-15 miles or so east of the nipple and find that line in blue/green water or would go to the Elbow and head south toward the dumping grounds. If you go east of the nipple, you might actually want to stay on the north side of the 100 fathom curve toward the ozark. The closest truly blue water is just south of the spur (long haul). The 131 hole is pea green as of last Saturday.

Hope that helps!!
