Default Charter out of Venice

Finally got the chance to get to Venice and fish with Capt Hunter and Capt Woody. Water was dirty but the tuna were there. Left the pass at 5 and ended up to the west about 70 miles. Capt Hunter and Capt Woody were a blast to fish. We caught the fish live baiting and chunking with the biggest being caught on a chunk. After lunch the bite died down and was slow but still a good time. Went swimming in 3500' water which was cool and Woody videoed several fish while we were gaffing them. The trip could have been more productive as we lost 4 real nice fish....If you need a charter out of Venice I would highly recommend Paradise-Outfitters, great lodge, boat and crew.

Very very cool! I knew that Hunter and woody would find the fish! Man that water looks nasty! One of these days a Mako just might make a meal out of Capt Woody! He is braver than I am for sure out there!!

Glad everyone had a great time!

I'm going to have to look him up when I get down to Venice. Does anyone have their contact number?

Capt Hunter 504-610-1686 is his cell number. You will not regret it. He and Capt Woody know what they are doing and nobody else caught tuna like we did yesterday, some had none, some had 2 at best. The lodge is awesome the boat is nice with plenty of room for 6 plus crew. The cost is 1200 plus fuel and or fuel ran 790, but I had told them that if it meant a big fuel bill so be it. Robert we had a 36 Yellow- Fin pass us in tiger pass yesterday morning and I gave Capt Hunter a hard time about it! And Woody never lost a fish on the bite but Hunter lost 2 and I lost 2 as well so Woodrow won yesterday....Will get you next time Woods. Thanks again
