They all eat year round just have season of harvest. With in 25 miles of panama your looking at some pelagics (excluding dolphin, and billfish) with all bottom dwellers eating but not open.

fish the weather, mornings, moon, tides, temps, etc like you do the rest of the year but pay a lot more attention. I catch plenty of fish year round, but not the same places or times. fish will seek more stability in temps, migrate and follow the bait but they still have to eat. plenty of inshore fish to enjoy, as well as flounder who will soon be migrating out of the bays into the gulf, then back in the spring

We go just outside the East pass and kill the flounder. Usually find some decent grouper as well. Might be able to get into them before the season closes.

Right now the sails, whites, and blackfin are in pretty close. They catch them every year with in 2 miles of the beach excluding whites. If you want wahoo, sails, whites, and blackfin then go this week and pull dink naked ballyhoos and tremblers with a dredge in 120-180'.
