I have heard of some places to go for tuna and billfish (Not ones including the oil rigs). I have heard you can chunk for them at night and have decent luck catching big ones. Any tips or key locations to hit for billfish/yellow and black fin tuna?

Pretty big can of worms there. Good places to look for billfish and yellowfins include the nipple, elbow, 131 hole, spur, squiggles, south Florida slope, the 115 mile buoy, Lloyd's ridge, the steps, dumping grounds, Petronius, ram Powell, marlin, beer can, elf, apache, the 64 mile buoy, horn mtn, naulilus, ensco, na kika, blind faith, thunderhawk, thunderhorse, independence hub, mars, ursa, devils tower, any drill ship you see out there, lobster, and about 50 other rigs. And it all depends on water color, current, bait, water temp, moon, luck, and other factors I haven't figured out yet. Big can of worms.
