Default Snapper in November?

I'm playing on coming down in November, 17-21st. I'm wanting to do an offshore trip to put some fish in the freezer. Do charters do bottom fishing trips in November? If so how is the Mingo/Mangrove/Lanes bite? Any triggers or other good eats catchable that time of the year? Also, are the water temps in mid November to cold to swim or at least let my 4 and 6 yr old swim?

You can catch everything in November...just can’t keep everything. Who knows what will be closed by then. But, the weather is your main obstacle. Could be good and could be bad. Just won5 know till the day of.
