Where are the best places to chum for snapper? Can it be literally anywhere? I am new to this and really need some help. All help is appreciated. Thanks.

My experience has been chumming over ANY structure will pull up fish. Make sure you figure out the current and wind, anchor so the current take the chum over the structure. And within a few minutes, BAM...fish. Drop a bait and hold on.

If your close enough to the wreck they will come up to the surface quickly. I've seen them come up before putting out any chum...!
