Default red grouper

Will be down on sunday to play for a week.Have lot of spots for snapper but not much for red grouper, do you catch more on live bottom or wrecks.thanks if you have a good area to drift any help would be nice.

Exactly. When you see the slightest bit of peach fuzz on the bottom and all your friends are complaining that they don't see anything and you shouldn't fish there, fish there and soak that live or butterflied bait right on the bottom.

There's lots of live bottom around within 15 miles. For reds you are really going to want to be in over 100 feet this time of year... but that's my opinion.
